By uniquely designing for optimized contact, we can design implants that are much smaller with equivalent and even superior stability and improved physiological loading.

Because our implants are uniquely designed for each patient and inserted with high-accuracy robotics we anticipate we will restore the center and axis of rotation with a high degree of accuracy.

Harnessing technology to change lives

By leveraging sophisticated Artificial Intelligence algorithms Monogram is able to efficiently analyze every patient CT scan and generate optimized surgical plans for robotic execution. Our state-of-the-art surgical robot helps us prepare high accuracy contoured cavities that mitigate the risk of poor placement, fracture or subsidence.

  • Benjamin Sexson, CFA

    Chief Executive Officer

    Prior to joining Monogram, Mr. Sexson served as the Director of R&D and Business Development at Pro-dex (ticker: PDEX). Mr. Sexson graduated with honors from Caltech in Mechanical Engineering and is a CFA Charterholder.

  • Dr. Douglas Unis

    Founder & Chief Medical Officer

    Dr. Unis is a board-certified attending orthopedic surgeon for the Mount Sinai Health System and Chief of Quality Improvement for Mount Sinai West.

  • Sherif Aly, Ph.D.

    VP of Engineering

    Sherif was the Senior Director of Robotics Development Program Management for Stryker (previously Mako Surgical). He helped develop the Mako robot and implant systems. He holds his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
